heh even Mr. Smith has off days... but since 500 hats was one of my favorites, i automatically compare ANY filk of that song to his. its pretty good, really. the rythm is good, the structure matches the original well, there are one or two points where i want to hear how YOU say that. i found out the hard way that sometimes when words dont "scan" as written its because *i* have a funny accent. any chance of hearing you sing it at a con sometime?
