“Okay, then I’ll take the kids out…”

“They already left with Artie thirty minutes ago.”

“What?”

“They decided the zombie crawl at the mall was going to be okay if there weren’t any homemade zombies there. Less awkward, anyway.”

“Then why can’t I hand out the candy?”

“Because you’ve been chortling in the lab too much the past week.”

“Pooh, you never let me have any fun.”

“Well, the kids are going to spend the night with their lab team at the Cameron’s.”

“Ooh, I’ll get the zero-g chamber ready!”

Okay, so Dave shot himself first. But that means all he has left to do to get to somebody's idea of a happy ending is to smack Mell upside the head. I begin to wonder if she's got enough time to wrap this up by 1/01/07.
