Yes, yes they do. I've ben smoke-free for at least three years now, and it's marvelous. I'll never go back.

Of course, that doesn't mean I don't get the occasional craving, but among other things, that smell is a big help.

Wait til you realize you have more lung power than you used to. It's a realization that takes a long ttime to come, and will just suddenly hit you out of the blue. You'll be doing something, realize that the last time you did this, you had to sit down and catch your breath, and this time- Hah! You're still fresh and ready to go!
That's pretty darned nice, too.

Not to mention that extra money; at $4 a pack is it now? That's a $1400+ vacation budget every year. :)

Keep it up kiddo. It's so very, very worth it.

Welcome back your sense of smell at the fruit section market after work. It's peach season and they will make you happy! I always follow my nose during this time of year, figure out which ones are fragrant and buy some. Mmmm.

I probably will go through the BPAL again after a month, not only could I sense it better, but my skin chemistry might have changed.
