I have been haphazard in my charitable giving, such as renewing my WMOT membership at the Mainstreet Jazz Festival (I have to remember to call them aobut straightening out the mix-up from this year) and signing up for the bloodmobile when I'm not sick. There are several organizations that I try to support on a regular basis, and I said to myself: "Self, you have a sticky post for your introduction, why not use it for something other than scaring people off?" Actually, I wanted to have these reminder buttons in my intro post, to remind myself to click, and sff_corgi obliged by sharing the code she uses.

I have no idea why the buttons took 24 hours to show themselves to me.

I had fried dill pickles and drove four hours. It was great!

I just noticed... the spacing between the first three row-of-buttons got whacked somehow. At least, there's one space between the last three and apparently none between the first, although I thought the code I posted for you had space-nonbreakingspace-space between each.

I added the links to the sidebar because I can't see the buttons on my screen.

Huh. I can see'm just fine. In fact, you should add a blank line (a wee bit of white space) between the buttons and the bottom of your text. It'd look nicer. :)

BTW, nit-nit-nit — I think you're spelling your anniversary-twin's username wrong (fonts can be tricky). After the H, it's the numbers 3-1-1. It's her favourite band. Those [points] look like Ls instead.

(You wouldn't believe how long it took me to realise why she was spelling it exactly that way. Oy [rolls eyes at self].)
