This is getting strange, he thought as he wandered through the labs in search of the intern. She was nowhere to be found in the working areas, and he was not about to try searching the storage complex. “Lovelace, where is Charlotte?”
“She has been on the roof, since fifteen minutes before sunrise.”
“I really do not understand that woman. What can she be doing?”
As Lupin headed upstairs, Lovelace asked, “Wait, do you know what ‘sky clad’ means?”
