I just realized I have been avoiding writing.

Want to know how bad it is? I have cleaned the crumbs from the toaster without the prerequisite fire, the can opener parts are in the dishwasher along with the dish drainer and the sink has been polished.

All without a female relative from a previous generation scheduled to visit.
