No. But there is "Mystic Mail" in the Merchant area where you can go and either plug into their ethernet or use their computers. It's pretty expensive though.
I think Pennsic usually keeps you too busy to even care about e-mail. Especially if you haven't been before.
But that's just my impression from down here in the gravity well. I am, however, trying to scare up a copy of In Service to the Dream which I'd be willing to share.
