I will most likely have very sad salad with whatever crackers are in the pantry, no sweet, and more water. Later. While I finish the laundry and goad Hyperactive lad into preparing for his first day at the new school.

I've never had a muffeletta. I've heard of it, and it sounds very good. Dinner, so far, is air-popped popcorn with spray butter substitute and garlic salt, a handful of almonds, and microwaved single serving baby brussel sprouts with spray butter substitute and salt.
