I was quoting the Brownie cheer (except there was another name, not "cheer" ...?) -- lead by owls, y'see: Brown Owl, Tawny Owl, etc.
The similar one for the Wolf Cubs was
"dub-dub, dub-dub, dub-dub"
. (Beats me, doesn't sound like a wolf to me, either ....)
